Complete serializable output of bright-field planar-array initialization.

Fields§

§format_version: u32

Serialization format version.

§nominal_illumination: Illumination

Nominal illumination supplied to the initializer.

§initialized_illumination: Illumination

Reusable illumination containing the fitted physical geometry.

§initialized_model: ImagePlaneModel

Reusable model atomically refreshed from Self::initialized_illumination.

§parameters: PlanarArrayCalibrationParameters

Physical parameter selection and bounds used by the fit.

§options: BrightfieldCircleOptions

Detection and optimizer controls used by this run.

§initial_parameters: PlanarArrayParameterValues

Absolute nominal physical and multiplicative values.

§initialized_parameters: PlanarArrayParameterValues

Absolute initialized physical and unchanged multiplicative values.

§parameter_names: Vec<String>

Stable active physical parameter names.

§observations: Vec<BrightfieldCircleObservation>

Detector result for every considered acquisition frame.

§fit_history: Vec<PlanarArrayInitializationFitRecord>

Accepted and rejected physical-fit steps.

§diagnostics: PlanarArrayInitializationDiagnostics

Detection, rank, and residual diagnostics.

§runtime: PlanarArrayInitializationRuntime

Timing and evaluation counts.

Implementations§

Source§

impl PlanarArrayInitializationResult

Source

pub fn validate(&self) -> Result<()>

Validates version, physical state, model consistency, and finite diagnostics.

Source

pub fn save_json(&self, path: impl AsRef<Path>) -> Result<()>

Writes the complete initialization result as JSON.

Source

pub fn load_json(path: impl AsRef<Path>) -> Result<Self>

Loads and validates a complete initialization result from JSON.

Source

pub fn write_bundle( &self, path: impl AsRef<Path>, ) -> Result<InitializationBundle>

Atomically writes a verified directory bundle with JSON state and CSV tables.

The complete JSON result is authoritative. The observation and fit-history tables are normalized, analysis-friendly projections of the same state. Existing destinations and incomplete sibling workspaces are never overwritten.
