Numerical and validation controls for bright-field circle initialization.

Fields§

§frame_indices: Option<Vec<usize>>

Optional acquisition-frame subset; None selects safe bright-field frames automatically.

§center_search_radius_na: f64

Maximum center displacement from the nominal source, in dimensionless NA.

§brightfield_margin_na: f64

Additional positive distance retained inside the objective-NA boundary.

§pupil_radius_search_na: f64

Half-width of the fitted pupil-radius search, in dimensionless NA.

§gaussian_sigma_pixels: f64

Gaussian smoothing standard deviation in Fourier-grid pixels.

§angular_samples: usize

Number of uniformly spaced angles used for every circular score.

§radial_derivative_step_pixels: f64

Radial finite-difference displacement in Fourier-grid pixels.

§minimum_arc_fraction: f64

Minimum fraction of angular samples required for a valid score.

§minimum_edge_contrast: f64

Minimum normalized first-derivative edge contrast for acceptance.

§mean_spectrum_floor: f64

Positive relative floor used when dividing by the mean magnitude spectrum.

§robust_residual_scale_na: f64

Huber transition scale for physical-fit residual components, in NA.

§maximum_fit_steps: usize

Maximum bounded physical-fit steps.

§fit_relative_tolerance: f64

Relative physical-fit objective improvement required to continue.

§fit_initial_step_size: f64

Initial normalized physical-fit line-search step.

§fit_minimum_step_size: f64

Smallest normalized line-search step attempted.

§fit_step_reduction: f64
