crate::diagnostics::DiagnosticRecorder is a callback that gathers requested data during a run. It produces crate::diagnostics::ReconstructionDiagnostics, while crate::diagnostics::compute_fourier_coverage describes which high-resolution Fourier pixels are sampled by a compiled model.
